Iran’s Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance who is in South Korea to attend Asia Infrastructure Summit 2017 met with South Korea’s Minister of Strategy and Finance.
(SHADA: TEHRAN) -- In the meeting, Iran and South Korea discussed how to create credit lines between banks, establish brokerage relations, and open Iranian banks’ branches in South Korea.
According to the report, negotiations with South Korean banks to create credit lines are being finalized but to solve some issues the two parts should reach some agreements.
Moreover, the two countries agreed to take more actions to establish banking and brokerage relationships.
In the meeting, Iran and South Korea also discussed how to facilitate the transfer of oil sales revenues.
